Scott is originally from Connecticut and has lived in Los Angeles for almost 6 years now. He is very experienced in the dating world and constantly gives expert relationship advice to family & friends. As a former software engineer, it was a perfect match to combine his software and relationship experience in the creation of PhoneShag.

Company Founder: Kapil Pershad

Originally from India, the land of the Kama Sutra, Kapil grew up in Los Angeles, California. A software engineer by trade, Kapil is also a serial entrepuener which is his true passion. His previous ventures include a niche online lifestyles site and and international importing firm. While working with Scott and looking into the growing mobile market they decided to team up and create a fun and sexy community for the mobile web. This evolution led to PhoneShag.
